How much is that doggy in the window...

My seeming obsession with the adorable Katzelkraft pups continues!

To be honest I had a few different card ideas in my head this last week and wasn't sure which one to run with until I noticed Challenge #36 at Stamp, Ink, Paper.

I certainly didn't need to be asked twice to use my favourite stamps, colours and inks and pulled out the Katzelkraft dogs for another outing. Once again, I paired my doggy image with sentiments from Party Animal by WPlus9 just as I did with this card.
I love these gorgeous papers (EP Reflections: Fall) and think they're perfect for a masculine card with a little brown dog on it!

The SIP Team have created some beautiful inspiration cards, so I'm off to take a look at their blogs and enjoy 'the gallery' of entries thus far.

I'm also off to check-out Kathy's post for today as there are far too few days left on her 30 Day Colouring Challenge!

Happy crafting everyone!

Cupcakes and Candy... Don't mind if I do!

The Seize the Birthday gang have got great toppings on offer for their current challenge: Cupcakes and Candy!

I broke-out a selection of 'oldie-but-goodie' stamps to create this card. The sentiment is from The Reverse Confetti set 'In a Big Way' and the cakes are from Hero Arts, A Muse and Savvy Stamps.

The outside of the card may look fairly grown-up but the inside is just out-and-out fun!

I haven't used this little cutie from Eat Cake Graphics in ages! Isn't she a sweetheart?

I've made this card for my cousin's wife, Sandra, and will write my greeting on the circular panel. I think Sandra will enjoy this card as she often posts on FB about her visits to the local pâtisserie since moving to France a few years ago.

Naughty or Nice Challenge #24 - Reminder

There are still nine days for you to join in with our See Red Challenge over at Naughty or Nice Challenges. We've had some great entries (both naughty and nice!) but would love to have a few more before the challenge closes.

Here's the card I sent to my hubby for Valentines Day.
I had such fun making the outside; stencilling the bubbles and doing a little masking to tuck the cat behind the laundry basket.

And then creating a fun pop-up inside!

I used images from two different stamps sets. The cute cats are from MFT and the washing and sentiments are from Sugar Pea Designs' 'Take a Load Off'. I had such fun putting the pink knickers on the cat's head!

I've been colouring each day to keep up with Kathy's 30 Day Colouring Challenge but have been unable to share my cards as they are DT commitments... At least this one can be linked-up at last!

My teamie, Lindsey, has also created a card for our challenge reminder post and it's beauty so why not drop by and take a look!

Beautiful Arnie.

This adorable little sprout is gorgeous Arnie!

Arnie was in such a hurry to meet his mommy and daddy that he turned-up nine weeks early. He's already shown he's a fighter: coping with chemotherapy treatment plus dealing with all the health concerns that accompany such an early arrival into the world. In a few weeks he's due to have heart surgery so I'm sending this card to Alex, Rich and baby Arnie, just to wish them well.

The image for my card is Stampingbella's adorable Snookums. I've used a sentiment from another Stampingbella set Fiona Loves Flowers as it seemed to be appropriate for Arnie and his mom and dad.

Here's Arnie being cuddled by my friend, Ness, when he dropped by to help celebrate her 60th birthday. Isn't he a beauty!

Less is more... And more, and more!

A very HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the girls over at Less is More!

I can't believe that this lovely blog has been going for five years! It only seems like five minutes ago I first stumbled across this lovely CAS challenge and was hooked! Congratulations to Chrissie and the gang!

To celebrate their birthday the girls have gone with a 'White-on-White theme, although metallic or black accents are perfectly acceptable.

To be perfectly honest I tried about three different ideas for this challenge and spent a lot of time surfing Pinterest! Talk about DIFFICULT. Eventually, I returned to my original idea and went with it. Very CAS and very simple.

The leaf stamp and die are from Paper Smooches while the sentiment was printed on my PC. I've recently switched over to creating white on black sentiments on my computer as it's so quick and easy.

Now, I really must dash as I have a very special card to make for a very special little boy and his family. Happy crafting everyone!

Be my Valentine!

I'm delighted to be guesting for The Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers for Challenge #52 'K is for Kiss'.

I wanted to use this jokey sentiment for my guest card but couldn't find a good image to pair with it. Yesterday, I was pleased to find this image on Etsy so decided to make a second card just for the fun of it!

This card also fits in with a few other challenges, including Challenge #24 'See Red' over at Naughty or Nice Challenges...

Plus a few others:

The cue card at CASology this week is Valentine. My fellow Troublemaker, Lindsey, is guesting this week so I had an additional incentive to play along.

CAS on Sunday Challenge #76 is Valentine

And Just US Girls are having a 'Word week' and that word is Valentine!

Have a happy day everyone!
